A Washington State Patrol officer who defied a statewide vaccine mandate and signed off for the last time by telling Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee to “kiss my a–” is dead from COVID-19.
Former Trooper Robert LaMay, 51, who served 22 years with the State Patrol and retired last October, died on Friday.
LaMay garnered attention from Americans across the country after he signed off for the last time as an officer and told Washington Gov. Jay Inslee he “can kiss my a–” over forced vaccine mandates.
Following LaMay’s death, Washington State Patrol Chief John R. Batiste released a statement praising him for his service, which Batiste said “will be long remembered and appreciated.”

I believe this person and other outspoken unvaccinated people are targeted with the virus or not given life saving treatment in the hospitals. What an evil world we live in.

I agree something like this happened. The “approved” treatments don’t work, and rapid covidiots are so vile I have no doubt they would provide “care” with intention to kill. If he’d been given ivermectin and hcq/azith he probably would have lived.

Cruel comment or not, thousands of so-called Darwin Awards have been bestowed on these very pages during my time on FreeRepublic. I cannot begin to count the times I have read phrases like “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes” and “Hold my beer” or heard about Karma and of course Schadenfreude. I have zero doubt that if former officer Lamay had simply gotten vaccinated he would still be alive right now, perhaps enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee, looking forward to a relaxing weekend after a satisfying week on the job and counting the days to a happy retirement and generous pension. I hope no others have died as a result of following his well-publicized lead. We don’t know whether he was treated or self-medicated with Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, our some other cocktail of drugs and vitamins, but as a celebrated poster child for the antivaxx movement, I am sure he had access to all of the above and I would not be surprised if he had Dr. Zelenko and the My Pillow guy on speed dial. Sorry you are no longer with us, Mr. Lamay. I wish you were enjoying that nice hot cup of coffee right now. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need a refill.

The man made a personal choice, something virtually all of agree upon. The lamestream media fails miserably to fathom the concept of personal choice when it comes to getting the vaccine(s), unless it covers abortion and ‘my body, my choice’....../s

Pretty cold hearted. Bet’cha if all the details were reported and not suppressed for a political narrative...you’d learn that this man had had monoclonal antibody treatments withheld from him.
Furthermore, if hydroxychloroquine and or Ivermectin were readily available to the public as a prophylaxis treatment, the officer would likely still be alive.
I hope one of your vaxxed loved ones don’t contract the virus and die and some bone head comes along and writes what you did. Pretty cold.

Same experience. My 81 year old buddy has been confirmed to have it and has been sick for the last two weeks. His wife, a nurse, refused to get the shot and has cared for him without nary a sniffle. He’s shot up, but his doctor now thinks, after being ill, he should get a booster.
Madness.
It seems obvious that some people aren’t susceptible. I had a dandy of a cold after returning from the EU in December 2019, and luckily no colds since.
RIP…we and he have the right to make our own decisions about the experimental jab…
