Justice Stephen Breyer, a CONSISTENT LIBERAL VOTE on the Supreme Court with an unflappable belief in the US system of government and a pragmatic view of the law, plans to retire after serving for more than two decades on the high court, according to a well-placed source familiar with the matter.

This doesn’t even look like news or good news for the libs (1 out and 1 in = WASH).

Here is hoping that there are stealth conservative judges acting liberal like the other side does.

A freak of nature will be nominated, like the new “Admiral”.

I remember Biden saying he would nominate a black woman.
That criteria worked so well with his VP pick.

Hillary?

Too old. They'll want someone in that seat for decades, not years or months.

It is never a “wash” when you replace an old justice with a much younger one.

Wonder who the new Attorney General is going to be.

But, seeing how Garland has handled some of his appearances before Congress, and thinking about the wise latina and kagan, it doesn’t seem to take much to be a judge these days.

No the hildebeast is too old. They’ll want someone young enough to screw the US for a long time.
