He blamed Trump for the A-stan debacle because of his May deadline, He blamed Trump for the border invasion even after Trump cut the flow to a trickle. He blamed Trump for inflation even though there was very low inflation rate when f Joe stole the office. F Joe is a despicable liar.
Being a mediocre politician from the nothing state of Delaware, Biden has no recourse other than to Blame Trump and everybody else.
