Stalk the stalker and make it as uncomfortable for them....a few tricks here and there might do it. Too many are victims but there are ways to fight back without breaking laws.

Somewhat unsafe for work, or delicate ears, but this is a brilliant way to handle it. :)

I was being followed in a mall...and even into the parking lot....so I drove straight to the State Police station. That ended that right then.

Others are likely persistent but I often think they like the idea it’s upsetting to the people so don’t give them that. Change your phone number and enlist it. And other things to protect yourself.
