>I say Russia moves in within 45 days.

Russian winter and the mud following it can be a bitch for combat and I'd think would favor the defenders. Will that weather have passed by then?

My point is, if anybody wants to spend money or risk lives let them do it themselves, but don’t involve the US government. And don’t send our weapons there either because that will come back to haunt us just as it has in other locations. I’m tired of Neo hawks and chicken hawks and whatever you want to involve us in wars that are none of our concern. If they are so concerned, use their money, use themselves, use their children. Leave the rest of us alone.

Lenin still lays in state in his Masoleum outside the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. And just watch what Russia does on May 9th. It’s Soviet day!!!

Why that date specifically?

Anniversary of the last surrender at Stalingrad?

If I were king, I’d have loyal States surround DC and put it to siege.

No moral equivalence implied. Merely realpolitik. My understanding is that the help that the US is willing to promise will not be sufficient to hold back the Russians. What will most likely happen is we will give Ukraine enough to put up a good initial fight, but they will ultimately fail and experience even more destruction at the hands of the Russians.

And reality is they’d probably be far more reliable allies than the emasculated socialist Western Europeans

Agree. Like putting a condom on a goat, you may prevent the first nanny from getting knocked up, but not the next 20.

Yes....It was the first one I’d thought of, but I thought I’d also show an example of how mistakes can happen no matter who is at fault, thus the USS Vincennes....

Why do they still celebrate that mass murderer Stalin in Russia?

Because there are still communists plaguing Russia, just as we have communists = many democrat politicians and activists here.

I was referring to the US “allowing” these other countries to send defensive weapons to the Ukraine.

And Russia should have a say in Russia, period.

So, the military under Trump provided weapons to Ukraine but stored them in the Baltic states.

Cool
