More Central .... should get a couple of inches, then changing over to freezing rain for an hour or two or three, then on to just rain. Not near the I-95 disaster area.

BTW, some Leftist journo was blaming Gov-elect Youngkin for the I-95 disaster .... even though he had not been inaugurated yet. What a jerk .... but expected from the Left/DemonRats.
