For DC public servants to refuse the jab may fall under the SCOTUS decision yesterday. Private places can’t force it but if an office gets Medicare money they can force someone to get the jab.

Schiff and Schumer: “Does that include bribes and laundered money to us or just Medicare?”

The decision yesterday did not prohibit private business from mandating the shot in their own. It just said that OSHA cannot force businesses to impose a mandate.

But will these Medicaid and Medicare providers require customers to be vaxxed? Will Medicaid and Medicare recipients be forced to be jabbed? I have a vague recollection that the courts have ruled in the past that welfare/Medicaid recipients cannot be drug tested in order to receive government services. So I’m curious about how these things will evolve.
