I’m hoping an other case for fed healthcare workers may happen. Sometimes a bit of change in the suit can work. I have no clue of course. America First Legal may have something to say about this. My RN niece and her medical calibrator husband worked at Riverside Hospital in Kankakee, IL, and were pushed out by vaxx mandates, so they sold their house, and moved to the free state of Tennessee and are thriving again!
There is a shortage of health care workers regardless of the mandate. This will just make it worse.

The long shot? (No pun intended) NovaVax gets the nod in the near future here in the U.S., the more traditional vax that the hesitant might accept. Of the 9 countries of which they are pursuing approval for, they got 4. IMHO the deep state is so in bed with "P" & "M" the "Mnra Twins" that I swear they are dragging out the approval for them here because it is something we might want. I revile these S.O.B.'s as they take glee in screwing us at every turn.

Yes, it will be. The administration will coerce big businesses to continue with their vaccine mandates even though the SCOTUS struck down OSHA mandate.
My corp has me testing every week to keep my badge active to get into my workplace. That will continue because we have government contracts.
The Biden administration will simply communicate to CEO’s, if you want to do further business with the federal government, do as we say.
