Hello Kathy, We’ve had some icy roadways and more coming over the weekend. Lots of cars went in ditches with just an inch of fine snow but the ice underneath carried people off the roads.
Awful cold here....when goes into the lower 20’s and teens here I can tell the difference as it wants to bleed through the concrete walls here. Though insulated it creeps in. However I’m cozy and warm with the radiator heaters turned up and a tea kettle putting moisture into the air.
There’s something about moist air that retains the heat and holds it steady.
Good mornnig, caww...I HATE ICE!! It is not good for man nor beast. And then there are the idiots that do not respect driving on it.
Hope all the accidents of slipping and sliding were minor and no one was hurt.
Glad you are cozy and warm inside...we are trying to work our way above zero. But, I too, am toasty warm inside, and with a humidifier hard at work.
