Political agenda, irresponsility, and emotion rather than reasoned legal logic from a Supreme Court Justice - is not enough for a well deserved impeachment.

Nine Republicans voted to confirm Sotomayor to the Supreme Court:

Lamar Alexander
Kit Bond
Susan Collins
Lindsey Graham
Judd Greg
Richard Lugar
Mel Martinez
Olympia Snow
George Voinovich

When South Carolina Senator Lindsay Graham announced he would vote for Sotomayor he said:
“I believe she follows precedent, and I believe she is not an activist judge,” Graham said.

Lindsay Graham also voted to confirm Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. At the time he announced his support for Kagan he stated: “There are plenty of reasons for conservatives to vote no, but there are plenty to vote yes as well.” Kagan is smart, funny, has an impressive background, and is a liberal — that caught me by surprise. I would have picked somebody different. But elections have consequences, elections have meaning. Is the person qualified? Does she have good character, is she more of a judge than a politician? Well, she passed all those tests. She will serve this nation honorably.”

Speaking to elections having consequences, the people of South Carolina reelected Graham to the Senate in 2020 by a vote of 54% to 44%. They are apparently very pleased with his performance.

Contrast with the Senate votes for the three justices Trump nominated. Democrats apparently do not hold to Lindsay Graham’s view that presidential elections have consequences and meaning. For Trump’s three nominees Democrat votes in favor were:

Gorsuch: Joe Donnelly, Heidy HeitKamp, Joe Manchin
Kavanaugh: Joe Manchin
Barrett: All Democrats voted no. Also Republican Susan Collins, who supported the nominations of Justice Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, voted no on Amy Comey Barrett.

True to form the panic pornographers lie to increase fear. Truth has no place in their world. If the people are not afraid they cannot be controlled. It is all about the tyranny of the elite.
