In the 1960s Lyndon Baines Johnson and his legislative democrat henchmen wrote the welfare laws such that a female gets welfare, but she must kick out the father. The more babies she has, the more she makes. This was Johnson's "great society war on poverty".
A few trillion dollars later, the democrats' plan is a failure as it keeps people on welfare, but a great success for democrats as they've used taxpayer money to buy the votes of welfare people, who don't even realize they are being kept down on the democrat plantation just as sure as if they were picking cotton.
Having no male role model in the family creates feral males who become gang members, bullies, thieves, rapists and killers.
