Government spending is the primary driver of inflation. So spending vastly more is going to help inflation - liberal logic - if you do something that causes a problem, then doing more of that same thing will magically reverse the trend. How many times have you heard some leftist Democrat a$$hole say, “We just didn’t go far enough?” I can’t decide if they actually believe the fecal matter that flows out of their mouths or they think we’re stupid enough to believe it.

Instead of printing and sending more money, why don’t they just to set aside a couple days per week for looting? Aside from casinos and strip clubs, they would probably be spending the money on the same stuff anyway.

I lived and worked in Venezuela in the 70s pre Chavez. The currency was tied to the American Dollar. At 4.25 Bolivars to the dollar. It was as good as the dollar. I kept all my funds in Venezuela in Bolivars as it was good until I went back to the States and then my local bank transferred my funds to the USA at 4.25 bolivars to the dollar. Today the bolivar is worth 5,200,000 to the US Dollar. The Bolivar today is worth just about like toilet paper.
It was a lovely country. Marxism destroyed it. Even more oddly it sits on the greatest reserves of oil in the world. It should be a shining beacon of wealth and prosperity. It is a failed nation.
