Judge Frank P. Nervo on Tuesday issued a temporary stay on Bill de Blasio's vaccine mandate for city employees
De Blasio's order was issued on October 20, and all city employees - except uniformed correction officers - had until October 29 to get their first dose
Staff were given a $500 bonus for getting vaccinated: if they refused, they were placed on unpaid leave The mandate applied to 160,500 city workers, of whom 71 per cent had already been vaccinated
Last month reports suggested that 9,000 city workers, representing 5.6pc of the work force, were put on leave for failing to get vaccinated

DeBlasio says he has the authority...apparently the courts are at least questioning it. These folks have been working without being vaccinated for almost two years. They know how to handle an outbreak...and it’s following the science.

Strangely we can’t count on politicians doing the proper thing any more, as especially the left are involved in a two year power grab. This coming on the heels of Chris Cuomo being fired regarding his brother Andrew proves these are not journalists, they are political activists. Watch as Lemon will be fired soon. de Blasio is leaving office, but still thinks he can be Governor or President.
I don’t believe any politician at any level has the authority to tell me what to do health wise. My body my choice.
Outbreak? Covid existing doesn’t mean you get it. Getting it doesn’t mean you get sick. Getting sick doesn’t mean you die. This is NOT what they claim, and they’ve pumped up both the Cases and the Deaths falsely anyway.
And just to be clear, a babies DNA is distinct from that of the mother and father as it is a combination of both, so a woman claiming a baby is part of her body is ignorant or a liar. She is a host of another human being.
