Original: World's First Vaccine Murder case against Bill Gates, Adar Poonawalla filed in India's High Court.
Link to the 278 page filing.

From what I can tell, this is a filed by a private citizen to an Indian court, and is not a prosecutor filing criminal charges.
The court has just received it and has taken no action. Saying Gates will the get death penalty is more than a little presumptuous.

Will not happen. Modi and Gates are tight. Gates is as intertwined with India’s gov as he is with ours. Trump himself, while signing big tech bill said MAGA stands for microsoft, apple, google and amazon.

Conservatives shouldn’t be gloating over this. If foreign governments can get away with doing this to Gates, they can do it to one of our own people.
