The Indian Bar Association (IBA) reports that murder charges were filed in India’s High Court against two billionaires responsible for the AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine, Covishield.
Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla, the CEO of Serum Institute of India (SII), are being charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man who was injected with the shot. Serum Institute of India (SII), Adar Poonawalla’s company, produces Covishield, as well as over half of the entire world’s vaccines that are injected into babies. The criminal complaint also names “other Government officials” as co-defendants in the case brought about Shri Hitesh Kadve’s family. India is seeking the death penalty.
The IBA states that the deceased took the Covishield vaccine believing in the false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel.
Indian law, according to the IBA, “makes it clear that before giving a vaccine or any treatment to a person, he should be informed about the side effects of the medicine and also about the alternate remedies available. If any person is vaccinated by suppressing the facts or by telling a lie that the said vaccines are completely safe, amount to the consent being obtained under deception. In India, vaccination under deception or by force/coercion or by putting certain stifling conditions, is a civil and criminal wrong.”
The article goes on to state that this would make Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla co-conspirators to mass murder. If they are convicted, they will face the death penalty. According to the IBA, Bill Gates will be denied bail and his assets in India will be confiscated.
The lawsuit also requests that Gates and the other defendants submit to lie detector tests and narcoanalysis tests. Narco-analysis tests induce a hypnotic state in the defendant through the use of intravenous drugs like sodium pentothal, scopolamine, or sodium amytal. These types of tests are seen as a means of obtaining information during circumstances which require an urgent response from the defendant. However, this is a rather odd request because information obtained through narcoanalysis tests is not legally admissible in Indian courts because the person being questioned is only semi-conscious during the interrogation. A previous case against Bill Gates is cited in the filing in which eight female children died during Gardasil trials, as well as the polio vaccine program which was sponsored by Bill Gates. Regarding the polio program, the IBA stated, “Petitioner has also referred to the proofs of sinister plan of Bill Gates in polio programme which spoiled the lives of 4.5 lakh children in India as they suffered new type of paralysis. This is also an additional proof of Bill Gates’ pervert and criminal mindset.”
#ArrestBillGates trended on Indian Twitter back in May as part of a campaign which called on Indian authorities to charge the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Bill Gates for conducting illegal medical trials in two Indian states.
The Indian Bar Association website also states that they consider another death to have been due to side effects of the vaccine: “The Government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunisation) Committee has recently admitted that the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat, was due to side effects of the Covishield vaccine. The said report has exposed the falsity of the claim made by vaccine syndicate that vaccines are totally safe.”
The 33-year-old doctor passed away due to what is being described as a “rare blood clotting event” that occurred after she took Covishield. Her family wrote to the Indian government and asked the WHO to investigate the cause of her death because it had not been registered as an Adverse Event Followin Immunisation (AEFI).
As Dr. Lunawat’s brother Shubham Lunawat pointed out, “Not only are people unaware but even the doctors are unaware about AEFI. This is a concern. Even though the government says it has trained people, it is a big concern. People are not aware about them and even at the centres, they are not informed about adverse events.”
In June, the Meghalaya High Court recognized that mandatory vaccination “by force” is a violation of a person’s fundamental rights. The court was concerned mainly with the measures being taken by state government in making vaccination mandatory before business could resume, and referred to the “freedom to practice any profession or carry on any occupation, trade or business,” which is a freedom guaranteed under Article 19(1)(g) of the India’s Constitution.
The Meghalaya High Court stated: “Compulsory administration of a vaccine without hampering one’s right to life and liberty based on informed choice and informed consent is one thing. However, if any compulsory vaccination drive is coercive by its very nature and spirit, it assumes a different proportion and character.”
One is left to wonder how anything can be made simultaneously “compulsory” and “not hamper one’s right to life and liberty based on informed choice and informed consent.” This goes against the very meaning of the word “compulsory.”

From what I can tell, this is a filed by a private citizen to an Indian court, and is not a prosecutor filing criminal charges.
The court has just received it and has taken no action. Saying Gates will the get death penalty is more than a little presumptuous.

If he’s guilty as charged, fine, hang him. But, I don’t think there’s an honest jury in the world that can be brought together in one little room to deliberate a verdict on Bill Gates.
Conservatives shouldn’t be gloating over this. If foreign governments can get away with doing this to Gates, they can do it to one of our own people.
