There needs to be some censorship or else you'll get disruptors who will try to bring the site down by flooding it with garbage, making it unusable.

The place is still awash in palpable anti-semitism.
Andrew Torbam himself, was lamenting, just today in his email newsletter about how Rumlbe — conicindent with Trump’s deal — supposedly changed their ToS “explicitly banning “anti-semitism” which means any criticism, humor, mockery, or critique of Jews and Israel.”
I am still on Gab, and haven’t yet got any real straight answers, but Torba’s total misrep of the definition of “anti-semitism” is a red flag, but — that aside — it begs the question why anyone would object to ToS that bar anti-semitism UNLESS the one ding the objecting wasn’t against being anti-semitic in the first place.
I’m trying to keep an objective view of Gab, but I can tell you MANY posters are openly Jew haters, promoters of Replacement Theology, and other such critics of anything that isn’t “christian” and lilly-white.
So, whether or not it’s Torba, himself, there’s DEFINITELY “something rotten in Denmark.”
To be successful they should also continue to focus on general content that is entirely non-political. More than just preaching to the choir.
