The vaxxes (if they are not stopped) will gradually stop population increase and then later reduce it by compromising the immune system (lowering life expectancy) and decreasing fertility.

At this point they are just launching the obedience template so they can increase the "effectiveness" of the boosters as they go along...

Their goal--flatten the curve--the population curve that is.
