She trotted out the RKBA as at risk, if Roe is at risk.
Which points out the problem with accepting the court when it takes this much power. She is defending the court’s usurpation of power. Total misread of Marbury, which, FWIW, is the problem with SCOTUS in general - it is fundamentally dishonest.
Sotomayor: “Counselor, there is so much that isn’t in the constitution...”. Now she just found a right to homeschooling in the constitution!
"Rights" apply to ALL people, not just one specific sex. Where is the equitable application empowering men to exercise their Constitutional right to abortion by disclaiming their parentage? In lieu of requiring a dead body, it would seem to be a fair accommodation to forbid women from forcing men to become parents against their will.

My LibTard Sister (who has had all the jabs, plus boosters!) and I had that exact ‘conversation’ at Thanksgiving.
