The Department of Justice on Monday refused Steve Bannon’s request for transparency and his right to unseal documents from the DOJ regarding the sham J-6 Committee investigation.
The DOJ called this an attempt by Steve Bannon to “try the case in the media” by making all documents and material public so Americans can make up their own mind. The regime does not want this.
How is the regime supposed to control the narrative if the truth gets out?
Mediaite reported:
Federal prosecutors filed a motion Sunday night to block former Trump adviser Steve Bannon from making public documents he receives from the Justice Department, in what they charge are an attempt to “try this case in the media rather than in court.”
Bannon, who is charged with two counts of contempt of Congress for refusing to cooperate with the committee investigating the January 6th insurrection, has previously declared he will “go on the offense” against the charges.

I can imagine these partisan DOJ hacks meeting all day and wargaming this stuff out rather than spending time catching terrorists, etc. DOJ is truly the scum of the beltway sewer.

I get that. Given how the Rittenhouse narrative blew up in everyone's faces, the DOJ tyrants need to do a much better job of controlling what gets out there in the public. Otherwise we are likely to return to the whole place being run by and for the People which is not going to lead to a Marxist superior-pig-paradise here on earth.

The way they refer to “January 6” is errily reminiscent of an Ayn Rand novel, or in this case, play: The Night of January 16. I read that play so long ago that I don’t even remember it, but I do remember the overarching theme, governmental tyranny. This country has become an Ayn Rand novel, a George Orwell novel and a Solgenetzen work all rolled into one.
