One possible scenario is the CCP is the cause of the Variant to be in African countries by sending infected Chinese workers and Engineers into respective countries to spread the Pandemic in order to wipe out a sizable amount of Natives so Chinese workers will be moved in to replace them. This will give the Chinese more control over the local governments for control of their minerals. I spent over 20 years flying all over Africa and some of the flights were 50% Chinese passengers and all involved in mining.
