The system stopped being about for the people, and cemented itself in the current vein due to cries of “better a RINO than a Democrat”. Now the system exists to sustain itself through a balance of power that may shift, but rarely teeters too far.
Trump was the proof of this in that his own party worked against him because he refused to bow and kiss the ring.
This next election cycle can be the catalyst need to set us on a the right path, but RINOs need to brought down just as bad as the Dems do.

I don’t particularly relish the notion of hunting and hanging these villains, but they’re doubling down on their despotism, which severely depletes the number of peaceable options.
