RACINE COUNTY, Wis. - Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling on Wednesday, Nov. 24 called for the immediate removal of a county supervisor who allegedly posted a man's $10,000 bail.

Video provided to FOX6 News by Schmaling shows that man – identified as Adrian Jefferson – with a high-powered weapon. The sheriff said Jefferson is currently facing a multitude of charges, accused of stealing SWAT equipment from a SWAT operator's home; that includes a pistol, sniper rifle and another fully-automatic rifle.

Jefferson is also facing felony charges of armed robbery, carrying a concealed weapon and intentionally pointing a firearm at law enforcement, the sheriff said.

The man Schmaling wants to see removed from the Racine County Board of Supervisors is Nick Demkse. The sheriff provided a photo that he says shows Demske posting Jefferson's bail.

By law, Jefferson is entitled to bail set by the court. However, in a statement, Schmaling said the supervisor's actions "put the public in grave danger" – and called for his immediate removal.

So you’d look at things and then ask...what’s the connection between the accused and the county board supervisor.

Looking at what exists on the internet...the supervisor is some odd character...who is mostly known for poetry (geeky intellectual type character), and is a local librarian. Nothing about this make sense...connecting back to the accused guy.

The man Schmaling wants to see removed from the Racine County Board of Supervisors is Nick Demkse. The sheriff provided a photo that he says shows Demske posting Jefferson's bail.

If Mr. Demkse wants to risk posting bail for someone for whom bail has been set, then that is his good right.

Ok but why hasn’t a reasonable bail been set for the Jan 6th defendants?

Don’t say it’s a conspiracy.
But isn’t there some stuff going on in Racine?

“Ok but why hasn’t a reasonable bail been set for the Jan 6th defendants?”

Because they are political prisoners of the Xidon regime.

"If Mr. Demkse wants to risk posting bail for someone for whom bail has been set, then that is his good right."

True but one has to wonder with the weapons charges Mr. Jefferson was facing, why did County Board of Supervisors Nick Demske believe Mr. Jefferson was worthy of getting out on bail.

Even if there's no grounds to have him removed the community should be aware of his questionable judgment. The risk is not to Mr. Demkse. The risk is to members of the community and law enforcement.

Since he is a librarian...I’d be asking where he came up with cash for the bail. Of all questions...that might lead somewhere. I would imagine someone shuffled the envelop of cash over to him.

If I were a resident of that district, I would probably be one of the first to sign a petition to have this supervisor removed from office.

But posting someone's bail is not legally questionable.

It isn't a legality issue.
It is character issues.

Why does the supervisor believe this accused criminal should be back on the streets?

A better question would be “why is his bail only $10,000?

If a bondsman would have been used it would only have been 10%. Plus collateral
So $1000 would have got him out.

So why did this “ supervisor “ put $10,000 cash of his own money up?
Seems he was willing To risk his political life for this dirtbag...

It appears that the supervisor has some future political aspirations....either on his own or as a front for others.
