As I’ve said before on this subject here, this guy has more than likely exceeded the necessary three violent felonies to qualify to be tried under Wisconsin’s Three Strikes Law. He should already be doing life, but none of the Democrats...Attorney General Josh Kaul, or Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm, wanted to do their job. I’m wondering if they have deliberately lowered the charges each time he’s been arrested, so they wouldn’t have to try him as a persistent violent felony offender. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
