I’m confused.
Waukesha county has their own DA, don’t they ?

Chisholm is a disgrace. He should have been charged with crimes after going after Scott Walker donors.
Most people simply refuse to see evil. Chisholm is part of a criminal cabal that works to create epidemic levels of crime. The destabilization of society with the goal of creating a totalitarian police state. Chisholm is a renegade and a traitor. He works for an enemy organization.
I’d like to hear from the DA and Judge. Probably no comment. But they need to know that if they were reckless and allowed this creep to go back on the streets, then they failed in their jobs and people died.
Just looking at the picture, I wonder what kind of skeletons are in his closet...
He could be facing several lawsuits.
Then he is responsible for the deaths of children and other folks just enjoying Christmas.
Tough job being a judge but he should be asked when his political beliefs cause the death of children. He should explain himself. He owes it to the grieving parents and families. Maybe he will think twice next time.
The argument by the left for “bail reform” is a dishonest misdirection. I have said for decades that the only rational bail system would be one that took into account common sense factors such as prior record, ties to the community, seriousness of the crime, likelihood to reoffend, and prior failures to appear in court.
The federal court system usually (not always) takes these into account. The state system in blue jurisdictions does not. They have a leftist idea of “social justice” and generally focus on the appearance of the defendant with no thought to the victim or other factors listed above.
This case illustrates the ridiculous “unicorns and rainbows” logic of the left. They do not evaluate each case based on the merits and many people are victimized because of it.
This DA did exactly what George Soros elected him to do. Our court system used to be based on the law and justice but like so many other things in society it is now based on social justice instead of logic.

But why is a Milwaukee County DA concerning himself with the bail set in Waukesha county?
Covering his tracks for his own failed get-out-of-jail-free policy ?
The earlier crimes were (allegedly) committed by Darrell Brooks in Milwaukee County, which is Chisholm’s jurisdiction. It was for those crimes the lenient bail was set.
Sunday’s terrorist act was committed in Waukesha County, which is Opper’s jurisdiction, and for which the $5 million bail was set at yesterday’s hearing.
Wisconsin is by law REQUIRED to set a bail at some amount. They cannot hold an accused criminal with no bail. IDK if that is in the state constitution or statutes.
The terrorist lived in Milwaukee County.
