Standard Communist trick. Your policies cause shortages and inflation, blame, punish, regulate and nationalize businesses.
You then get even more shortages and inflation.
Kind of a dead end spiral. But pretty effective in many cases.

Now thats a lot, considering P&G is only going 5% on average [tho P&G is doing it incrementally and may in fact hit a much higher percentage over several quarters]
