Interesting comment.

It’s actually outside of liberal versus conservative thinking, it’s just simple logic and the rules of deductive thinking, because there is a fundamental contradiction between Pres Trump promoting and funding the deployment of these vaccines developed by big Pharma, which means he’s part of the movement, and a big base of people profoundly opposed to these vaccines as some kind of evil bilderbergian conspiratorial moved to take over our lives, so there’s nothing liberal about suggesting if there is something disjointed here that needs to be addressed… What do you make of when Trump urged people at a rally to get vaccinated, and took credit for the vaccines, and was pretty loudly booed by a large crowd… It’s the first time I have heard that in five years coming from his base.

You're still stuck on black and white thinking.

There are a lot of people that are able to think for themselves that has bought into the notion all vaccines are beneficial. Because I'm not one of them doesn't mean I can't understand how they're looking at it.
