I dunno. If I were on the jury and heard that there was another, clearer copy, I would want to see it as well. Especially if it became known that the clearer copy was w/held by the prosecutor. It would make me think they were hiding Kyle’s innocence.
that would explain why they presented the low def video when they had a high def copy
