Meanwhile, the Chicago Teachers Union blamed underfunded schools

****************

Liberal groups see all their pet groups as “underfunded”.

There isn’t enough money on the planet to satisfy them.

I worked with Chicago Public Schools back in 2008.

About 800 schools in the system back then, and probably close to that now.

And the number of students has dropped by 1/3.

Much like Kansas City schools, which under a court decree couldn’t close any schools without permission, CPS will not have closed any schools.

So there are still 800+ principals, 4000+ assistant principals and over a hundred thousand teachers, counselors and other staff filling up the bloated carcass.

Most of whom make enough money to spend months in the Caribbean last year to escape “covid”. We heard about two of them. There were thousands that left Chicago and were still getting paid the full salary.

Corruption at its finest.
