Sure they do and they aren’t worth a sh*t as far as producing enough electricity to even recapture the cost to produce them.
I lived on Cape Cod for yrs (retired there) and went there on vacations for decades before that. One of the first things I did when building our retirement home is have a natural gas generator as a must and it was the best purchase I ever made.
