Across the country, employers are firing workers for refusing to comply with vaccine mandates. Some people are opting to quit their jobs rather than take the shot.
These workers represent only a tiny fraction of overall employees, not even 1% in some workplaces. But it can add up to thousands of people in many states.
Washington state reports that so far, nearly 1,900 state workers, including the head football coach at Washington State University, have quit or been fired for refusing the vaccine. In Michigan, 400 workers at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit walked away from their jobs. North Carolina-based Novant Health fired about 175 employees. And the list goes on.
Always the plan.
Those places cannot operate when so many are forced out.
Doubt the plan was for people to walk away from their jobs.

This is what the plan was all along. The great reset... rebellious US workers replaced by illegals with voting rights to continue their hold on power by the communist rats and the unions! It’s all clear now.

I am retired but I do some consulting work (remotely) for a former employer. I just got a request to fill out a form certifying that I’m vaccinated. I told them to forget it. The deadline is early December.
Exactly. In my biz, one position CANNOT be replaced by an amateur, and most times the replacement gets yelled at by union groupies.
Sure they can. No one is irreplaceable. They’ll hire in replacements, and if things go south, they’ll blame a lack of training.
I’ve worked in IT for 25+ years. EVERYONE is replaceable.

Some may see these people as unemployed.
I see them as future recipients of a class action lawsuit payout.
And hopefully thousand of wrongful termination lawsuits.
Thousands? Nationwide there will be millions of workers out of work because of the mandates when it’s all said and done. It’s just getting started.
Very few of these articles mention it, but a good percentage are getting exemptions. They obviously don’t want the public knowing that this a possible “easy way out”. Not that it makes the mandate any more acceptable - but people should know there is often a third way.
Laughable. DoD contractors with security clearances, degrees and decades of experience are not going to be replaced by uneducated rabble crossing the borders. The mandates are going to gut the contractor workforces. Those who submit will be dead or disabled and unable to fulfill their responsibilities. Those who choose to leave instead of being jabbed will create an immediate skill vacuum. It's already nearly impossible to hire staff with the skills, work ethic and ability to get a clearance.
Not sure illegals can replace skilled workers. Latins coming over the border are unskilled labor. OTMs I’m not there about but I suspect they’re not a drop in fit.
