If I have to travel through Oakland, I make sure I have plenty of gas and the car is maintained. I also step on the gas when I get to the Oakland exits on that part of the freeway, especially around Fruitdale.

Not as much since the quasi legalization. It’s actually a nightmare industry right now. All cash, government surveillance from the moment the seed or cuttings touch soil or hydroponic medium to the end user, the government has a video trail, robberies like this. Only the government makes a big profit.
Nope, I contemplated jumping in but the cost benefit analysis was terrible. The most valuable or has the most economic value are the limited licenses they doled out. In Washington probably 50% or more licenses were sold within the first 2 years after being issued because the profit isn’t there.
