SACRAMENTO, Calif. — After Gov. Gavin Newsom imposed the nation’s first COVID-19 vaccination mandate for schoolchildren, parents unhappy with the move converged at the Capitol on Monday to protest.
California parents against the mandate were also expected to keep their kids home from school as part of the protest.

They could turn into Miss Landers' normal class on Leave It to Beaver? Biggest scandal was not really studying for the quiz the night before.

I know Gavin Newsom is a sub-moron, but are they really so stupid that they think there’s no difference between the MMR vax in terms of established safety and efficacy and these minimally effective, experimental, unproven covid-19 vaxxes?

Yes. I first interpreted the headline word “protest” as a noun. But I think the author is using “protest” as a verb.
A good editor would have caught that ambiguity and fixed it. But, apparently, good editors are hard to come by.
