But, China could export 400 million to this country and control it.
The can put 80 million into Taiwan. 100 million into Central America and Mexico.
That is less than half of their total population.
Can they do it? I doubt it, but with incentives to those they give the offer, they might be able to. Incentives like you said.. I am 50/50 on that.
