Survived so far...
The other day they had a very dismal jobs report. Something
like 190,000 new with 350,000 expected. (not claiming these to
be accurate, but they are a decent enough guess for what I’m
going to address)
Then they claimed unemployment dropped by 0.5%.
Remember the millions of people who had just quit working?
If they can continue to pump bilge water while the people
nap on, who knows what they could get away with.

Yeah, I was knocked back by the use of the word “surprise” in the first sentence. Why would anyone be surprised by the loss of confidence in a Biden “administration”? I can’t figure out why any sane human would ever have had any confidence to lose!
Apparently there is a shortage of brain power in this country even worse than a doomsayer like myself ever imagined!
Thanks. Stay safe. Unfortunately, people become complacent and take things for granted. The sad truth is that we all need to be kicked in the ass to remind us of what is important. Too bad we cannot appreciate what we have and then build upon it. But we are flawed humans.
IMO, the Labor Unions were needed to shift the balance of power. Companies were being brutal to their workers. But, like with all human things, they too became corrupted.

I would hope that we would see the planning of this kind of action. How many “policeman” would it take to round up half the population of the United States? Seems like their planning would be very obvious.
Ya. Could be. Some very high level people with power think that the world population should be significantly reduced.
Good point. But that is very small in comparison. How many? Tens of millions will be a different story.
