Translation:
Large numbers of Black and hispanic doctors and nurses and other health care staff refuse to take the jab.
So, we are going to hire and recruit new ones to take their place.
They will receive super-fast training.

Talk about tokenism. $100 million divided by a (low) salary of $50K per worker comes out to 2,000 healthcare workers.
Divided by 50 states, that averages out to 40 healthcare workers per state. For one year.
Yeah, that'll fix the healthcare worker shortage.
Let's Go, Brandon!

The only way this country could ‘pledge’ money for a cause is from savings from a cost-cutting budget.
That is not what’s on the table.

It's so patently Color Revolution, Cloward-Priven, corporate hand-in-glove with fascism -- drive white long-timers approaching retirement out of all police departments, out of all schools, out of all health care, out of the armed forces, and replace them with the imported rabble who will work for half the cost.
The GOP will take back the House and Senate in 2022 only to have amnesty thrust upon them. Secure elections are the most important thing, but the second-most important thing is ensuring enough Trump MAGA is elected in 2022 to immediately strangle amnesty and announce it is a non-starter.

"The department hopes that being able to retain health care workers in underserved areas will help improve health equity."It is so fargone that they don't even need to say 'whites need not apply', as there are vast urban swaths in the US now with less than 20% whites, where 100M of your tax money will be redirected:
- Detroit (82.70%)
- East Cleveland, Ohio (93.39%)
- Suitland-Silver Hill, Maryland (93.01%)

Hmmm…let’s do some figure’n…
$100,000,000 million to solve the healthcare worker shortage.
The dimwit New York Governor just shite canned 72,000 nurses for not being vaccinated.
$100,000,000 / 72,000 nurses = $1,389 per lost nurse in just New York.
New York is about 6.1 percent of the US population. If every state is following New York’s lead then:
$1,389 / (100 / 6.1) = $84 per lost nurse nationwide.
Wow…that’s some incentive right there, a whole $84 dollars sign-on bounce…!!! Book a flight Jesse!
Meanwhile around here CDL drivers are getting $8,000 dollar sign-on bounces.
