Rebel Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller will plead guilty at his court-martial Thursday over the viral video he posted attacking the botched US pullout from Afghanistan, his attorney has said.
“This case began with a call for accountability and Lt. Col. Scheller will demonstrate to senior leadership how to accept accountability for his own actions,” attorney Tim Parlatore told The Hill.
In the video posted to Facebook, Scheller — who was wearing his uniform — tore into military leadership following the Aug. 26 ISIS-K suicide bombing at Kabul’s airport.

Say what you will about the guy and his anti-Trump bullshat, he called our military leadership to accountability and they cowered in fear. He's not. I'll give him that.
If he voted for Biden, he should have mentioned his contribution to the outcome.
All I'm saying is here we have a guy, standing on his own, on his own two feet accepting the consequences for his actions.
That itself is a powerful statement when compared to the COWARDICE of his superior officers and the CinC. Cowards all of 'em, worthy of treason and hanging by their necks until death.

For me, this turned out to be a complicated situation given his conflicting perspective of responsibilities.
Accountability. As much as I despise Milley, he may have been in the impossible position where he had no options. And Biden is an idiot obviously under the direction of others. So where does this leave us in terms of accountability? Who’s to be ‘hanged’?
Scheller reminds me of Snowden in a small way. I was never sure about Snowden’s intentions — however, I always believed he deserved safe return and the honest opportunity to make his case publicly to Congress. I suppose Scheller deserves similar concessions, but on balance I can’t say his intentions were in the best interest of the Country, and instead were mostly rooted in anger and despair — and that’s of course understandable.
Then he should've resigned, full stop.

Yes, Genital Milley is the traitor that contacted China stating he would obstruct Trump’s orders that concerned any attacks on China.

He wasn’t in an impossible position. He was in an uncomfortable position. Resignation would have been the honorable course of action along with a public explanation of why he did it.
Difficult? Yes.
