[Attention Surplus Disorder]

I have only sketchy details as I do not follow the minutiae, but I thought I heard he obtained a positive rape test from the PD, and of course his visits to the principal (or whomever) to complain are documentable, as is the failure to investigate or take (much) action on the part of the school. Plus the perp apparently made 2 assaults against girls and was arrested twice for same. I read it as a pretty strong case the school cannot afford to ignore if brought by competent counsel.
