The school board, however, denied that there was ever any sexual assault from a transgender-identifying student. “Our students do not need to be protected, and they are not in danger. The board and superintendent should be criminally charged.

The board and superintendent should be criminally charged.

There is no recourse to be found in the criminal or civil courts systems.

Other means of correction will be necessary.
