Well, it isn’t easy, especially in a place like Loudoun Cty, but someone should step up and run for Sheriff.

I am sure that there are lawyers who would be more than happy to start a lawsuit against the school board and district for defaming him. Saddle up and get moving. if everybody starts to sue for everything they have been doing, sooner or later the system will crumble.
My oldest girl is about to have our first grandbaby. She is a homeschooler and they are already planning on moving to the country, northern Georgia, to raise their family.
No city and no school board. But I know her and she does have the “board” of education in her toolbox.

There is no recourse to be found in the criminal or civil courts systems.
Other means of correction will be necessary.
Elect a new board an fire the superintendent at a minimum.
That would be a great start.

Would that it was possible. Loudon is the same board that used a hidden FB group to try to doxx parents who questioned CRT. When parents started a recall petition, the rules state that the commonwealth attorney has to prosecute the recall petition. The commonwealth attorney just so happens to be friends with the board member sought to be recalled. The parents seeking recall are having to ask the judge to appoint a special prosecutor. Any bets on the interests of the special prosecutor? This is what is meant by the swamp.

TV News (Channel 4 WRC) in Washington is reporting the Loudoun County story now, but not a hint that “the boy” is a trannie who identified as a girl to use the bathroom.
