Tea party firebrand Allen West, a candidate for the Republican nomination for governor of Texas, said Saturday that he has received monoclonal antibody injections after being diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia.
The antibodies are used to treat those in the early stages of a coronavirus infection.
“My chest X-rays do show COVID pneumonia, not serious. I am probably going to be admitted to the hospital,” West wrote. “There’s a concern about my oxygen saturation levels, which are at 89 and they should be at 95.”

Had severe like flu symptoms for a week and got better. The person says the person has anti-bodies from a test but still will get the vax.
Why do that if you’ve already had it?
I am praying for West, his immune system has been through a whole lot lately recovering from that horrible accident PRAY for West!!
Really sad. Why did he wait for monoclonal antibodies till he was diagnosed with pneumonia? It’s too late. Monoclonal antibodies work in the viral stage of Covid-19, not in the inflammatory stage. Why didn’t he make sure he had enough vitamin D? Apparently, Ivermectin wasn’t enough if it works at all...
Here we have someone who isn’t very old, should be reasonably fit and took Ivermectin. Still, his oxygen level is a cause for concern. Where are all those Freepers who say that unless you are morbidly obese or very old, you have nothing to worry about? Where are all those Freepers who say “take Ivermectin” and you will be okay?
It’s okay to be against vaccination, but you have to offer people something else that works.
Maybe as an extra dose of protection?
This vaccine was initiated by Trump, and if he hadn't had his second presidency stolen, I don;t believe there would be this hulabaloo over the vaccine.
This person is the only, second person, I know who had covid, the other was an obese person, and that person stayed in the hospital for a couple of months.

Hmmm. Not sure that chart is so accurate. I think Budenoside was much higher. Besides which, some of the listed treatments have much smaller trials than others. It doesn’t mention the Israeli drugs, including the one that was 100% effective in trials.

Blood oxygen of 89 isn’t all that bad. A lot of people with COPD are that low much of the time.
Until I got my CPAP I would often be mid-80s during an apnea episode. Not good, but not immediately life-threatening either.
I thought Molnupiravir was at 50%?

yes. The chart isn’t perfect. It changes nearly everyday. It’s an on going study. It doesn’t show niacin. Vitamin C and NAC isn’t on a drip which makes a huge difference. Budesonide is good for early treatment
Too many people rely on ivermectin. I hate these posts that indicate thats all you need and some vitamins

He should have gotten the infusion as soon as he knew he had been exposed to a covid positive person.

I would like to point out that because of Black Agnes who was one of the first people here to wonder if iodine helped at the very beginning...i have been using pvp iodine long before mentioned by Korys group.
Cvs sells a packaged swab of it. I use it after every drs appointment i have.
I had to see a lung dr who treats covid people. I was terrified he would give me covid. I was in the bathroom afterward swabbing my nose while laughing at the whole circus of this. Then i swabbed again in my car
Amazon has cheaper versions but i feel safer with cvs brand. None are dried up. They are dripping in the iodine
