Context is missing in video, but once beat-down is over, it is not stand your ground to retrieve a gun and start shooting at people who had nothing to do with the fight.
That's true but you're not the skinny kid who was obviously targeted by the larger kid who just kicked and thrown your ass all over the classroom either who is still filled with adrenaline and fear and rage...........
You think for one second that kid was thinking about "stand your ground laws"? I don't.
There is no question that there were numerous laws broken which I'm sure will be addressed but I'm certainly not going to convict him for attempted murder.
And after all is said and done, I would applaud the parents if they went after the school for ignoring the prior claims of the kid being bullied and robbed on several occasions that they claim were reported.
