I have thought for years that systematic exile of druggies would solve a lot of problems. The problem is, we'd need a very large reservation, preferably an island that could be effectively quarantined. Airdrop sufficient supplies and any liberal do-gooders who want to try rehab work. Let nature take its course.
Too bad we can’t drop them in the Spratly Islands.
Plenty of islands out there for drug abusers and penal colonies.
