What the hospital’s “debunking” message fails to deal with is the fact the it’s their MARKETING department that is on the call. Perhaps they don’t have a public health department. Is that because public health is no concern of theirs?
I realize the hospital is a business and wants to make the public aware of its services, but getting caught using scare tactics will undo all their other legitimate efforts to reach out to the community. Heads should roll for this.
