Yes, with the help of the media (see Tagline). And never underestimate the power of human stupidity.
No because the Biden Democrats are doubling down on failed policies. If they wanted to recovery they would have to switch gears not do much more of the same.
Clinton changed gears and became GOP lite for the last 6 years of his Presidency. It was the GOP Congress that saved him. They did all the heavy lifting while the Fake News gave Clinton all the credit.
The Biden Democrat are far to arrogantly fanatical to admit, and learn, from their errors.
A better question might be, “If we throw a stick, will he go away?”

hmmmm ... i guess it depends upon whether history has recorded enough reins of literally brain-dead national leaders history in order to draw any conclusions ... i imagine the outcomes won’t have an optimistic trend ...
