There are tests to determine the delta variant - but they’re relatively expensive and require specialized equipment to run. What doesn’t exist are cheap tests that people can take from CVS to determine it nor simple tests that can be run in a doctors office. For that they’re just relying on the existing tests to determine the general wuhan flu signature.
Delta exists and needs a specialized Delta vaccine as the original Moderna and especially Pfizer aren’t as effective against it and our leadership KNOWS this.
Presumptively, Delta does not exist and also presumptively the vaccine thing is also a hoax.
To rebut that presumption, you’re going to need a lot more evidence than “what if”’s and “if only”’s.

What if there is NO Delta Variant? To all the theories, I’ll add mine. What if the Delta Variant is a backdoor confession the vaccines are failing. So if people keep getting sick after being vaxxed... the BigMed cartel just invents a new “variant” to explain it. Then you need endless “boosters.” Smells like money!!!
