I don’t understand why politicians who hire anyone for anything do not have a contract signed with the employee that anything they learned, witnessed or participated in during their period of employment is considered work-related private information and the leakage of such information (whether true or not) is confidential. Disclosure of such information would result in forfeiture of however much money they made from such leakage and in addition triple that amount as punitive damages. Now whether or not that would hold up in court may be debatable but the costs of litigation would make someone think twice. But then some liberal organization that spends millions to defend infanticide would likely fund a book of dirt !!
