A LTC is a field grade officer.
In fatass vindman’s case it’s an undeserved rank.... Hell if he didn’t have the Foreign Area Officer (FAO) designation to protect him, he would have been kicked out of the military during Ranger School.
While he was at Ranger School, he was caught stealing rations from enlisted soldiers. He failed his peer review. And
in everything else the cadre practically dragged him across the finish line.
He allegedly held a company command, yet lacks a Bronze Star. His Purple Heart is from his vehicle being hit by an IED in Iraq, but vindman returned to duty within a few hours.
