There is less than zero chance that Harris is either impeached, or resigns on her own. Democrats wouldn't dare impeach the first female and the first black to serve as VP, and she's got no reason to resign.
If Biden goes, she's President, and it is entirely possible that we won't have a VP for, potentially, years.
