Last cruise I was on 2 yrs ago was surprised how the ChiComs are all over the Caribbean.
Most of the newer trucks and buses there are from China and a lot of cars too.
I think the Chinese are quite effective at suppressing Muslims on their own turf, so at least they will go in with the right attitude.
Any war you don’t fight to win, you lose.
China isn’t going to try and change them.
China is going to fund them and exploit them.
All the laughing about China being a big player in
Afghanistan is going to fade, as Afghanistan becomes
a major global headache the likes we’ve never seen.
Hmm. 20 years of Russia, 20 years of USA, 20 years of China?
They deserve each other.
Let the ChiComs take their turn at the graveyard of empires.
If I remember the Russians were pretty ruthless in their treatment of the fighters they could find but in the end they just couldn’t find all of them and that treatment inflamed even more undercover fighters.
