Beginning September 7, 2021 importation of firearms and ammunition from Russia will be prohibited. The order will be effective for twelve months. Currently Russian ammunition accounts for 40% of sales in certain calibers.

Not at these prices.
But, yes - 7.62x39 is one of the most common calibers in the world, and 7.62x54 is a beast (x54 used to be really cheap).
